Mono-earring Broken heart

This piece was inspired by an angel painted by Ukrainian artist Polina Raiko.
Born in 1928 in Oleshky, Raiko created one of the most vivid examples of Ukrainian naïve art by hand-painting the walls of her home.

Her work is filled with angels, fantastical animals, dreamlike visions, and scenes drawn from her memories — including those shaped by World War II.
